The hotel's location is quite appealing, with beautiful views of the bay and easy access to ferry services for Contadora Island, making it ideal for travelers. The staff were accommodating, readily offering 24-hour front desk assistance, which proved beneficial during my early morning plans. There were noticeable lapses in service efficiency; I encountered confusion surrounding requests for room amenities. Facilities included a private beach club and a small pool area, adding a leisurely touch to my stay. While the breakfast was adequate, it could benefit from more diverse offerings. It served its purpose but left room for improvement in service consistency and attention to guest needs.
